Service Description
This class is the hallmark of the GLO FIT Method. Each month, the class is designed to challenge your body through work, adaptation and ultimately building strength. The moves incorporate dumbbells, elastic bands and pilates balls, so that you can build overall strength and stability while having fun! I will guide you through the 1 hour full body workout that is sure to leave you sweating and smiling! The class content changes every month, and progresses in 3 month cycles. Each month you have the opportunity to build strength and confidence with the movements before progressing as the program changes the following month. With a consistent focus on core stability, leg & hip strength, and with special attention paid to core, glutes, back and shoulders, the method ensures that you will leave class feeling entirely worked and energized. Options for adjustments to your reps and weight lifted as your body adapts ensures gains in strength and stability. Throughout each month you will notice your strength improve and with consistency and a balanced nutrition plan, you will observe your body change.
