the glO FIT METHOD

The GLO FIT Method empowers YOU with a specifically designed class structure that focuses on full body stability and strength training moves, while integrating opportunity for progression through repetition. This is the hallmark to muscle development and strength gains. Many fitness classes change too often for participants to feel actual strength gains in any particular area. The GLO FIT Method class content stays the same for 4 weeks, so throughout the month of classes you will clearly see and feel changes before moving on to the next 4-week program. GLO FIT Studio is more than just a cozy fitness studio. It's a community of strong and empowered women who are passionate about health, wellness and taking time to build themselves a better future through strength, sustainable mental and physical health and confidence. It is a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone can feel supported and inspired to achieve a greater level of strength with every class they attend. With a maximum capacity of only 5 participants per class, the intimate studio space allows for personal instruction with a strong focus on form and technique. Each member is sure to stay safe during each movement, no matter their fitness level.

Meet your NASM certified Personal Trainer & Class Instructor

Michael Crook, founder of GLO FIT Studio & The GLO FIT Method, is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and nutrition coach. She is a former triathlete, sports photographer and model and is fueled by a deep passion for helping people reach their full physical potential by building muscle and improving joint stability to help avoid disease and injury. Michael believes anyone can build immense strength and overall physical and mental health by utilizing research backed fitness and nutrition principles. She rejects society's traditional standards of what is considered aesthetically "fit" and understands that body type, genetics and personal goals play a huge part in someone's desire and ability to achieve a certain "look". Encouraging everyone to lift weights for strength, health and confidence, Michael is dedicated to cutting through the myths and snake oil cure-alls that saturate the health and wellness industry and is straightforward in her approach. She is dedicated to helping you unleash your full potential whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or looking to take your workouts to the next level. Michael is here to guide and support you every step of the way.
