Michael is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach. She lives near Geneva in Switzerland with her husband and two kiddos. Her no-nonsense approach to fitness and nutrition is designed to make a healthy lifestyle sustainable and accessible to anyone. Regardless of ability or age, maintaining an exercise routine is key to being able to live life fully, with energy and with less injury and pain.
